My name is Gary and I am running the Male Minds section of The Kind Mind company.
After experiencing my own battles with mental health, especially since becoming a father, I felt a pull to be able to help other men break through stigma and be able to reach out and get the right support.
I provide relaxed and non-clinical 1-2-1 Wellbeing Walks where the fresh air and conversation can really help lift your mood and help open up.
I am trained as a Mental Health First Aider and Meditation Teacher and will be holding Men's Meditation sessions in the not too distant future (watch this space).
